Twice a year the Course Management Support Staff conducts Faculty Surveys to collect responses from instructors and teaching assistants. The surveys contain questions about usage and satisfaction of the system and the Support Staff. The responses help the Support Staff better assist instructors and, over time, the surveys provide information about changing habits. The Support Staff reads all comments and suggestions carefully and strives to improve tools and services.
